Overview
Designed by Maison Blonde and executed by our team, this project was conceived to bring greater usability, warmth, and visual character to a backyard challenged by significant slope. The design introduced soft curves and natural materials, creating a landscape that feels both rustic and timeless while remaining highly intentional in its layout and relationship to the property.
The completed space features a fibreglass pool, shade structure, fire feature, integrated lighting, an upper dining deck, and a dedicated poolside lounge patio. At the rear of the property, an armour stone retaining wall was installed to manage the grade change and establish a more functional, level outdoor environment. The result is a beautifully composed backyard that balances relaxed elegance with everyday livability.
